鄧建新，男，1982年5月生，教授，博士生導(dǎo)師。擔(dān)任《Research in Plant Disease》雜志副編輯；中國(guó)植物病理學(xué)會(huì)教學(xué)專業(yè)委員會(huì)委員；湖北省植物病理學(xué)會(huì)副秘書長(zhǎng)；第一批入選長(zhǎng)江大學(xué)“菁英人才”。擔(dān)任《Plant Disease》，《Canadian Journal of Plant Pathology》等10余個(gè)雜志的審稿人。近五年累計(jì)發(fā)表科研論文40余篇，其中SCI論文30余篇。
■ 教育及工作背景
2006年6月本科畢業(yè)于吉林農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)中藥學(xué)專業(yè)，獲學(xué)士學(xué)位；2009年2月碩士畢業(yè)于韓國(guó)忠南大學(xué)植物病理學(xué)與細(xì)胞工程專業(yè)，獲碩士學(xué)位；2012年8月博士畢業(yè)于韓國(guó)忠南大學(xué)植物病理學(xué)與細(xì)胞工程專業(yè)，獲博士學(xué)位；2012年8月-2013年5月在韓國(guó)忠南大學(xué)農(nóng)業(yè)研究所從事博士后研究工作；2013年1月至今在長(zhǎng)江大學(xué)農(nóng)學(xué)院工作；2016年11月-2017年2月在韓國(guó)忠南大學(xué)分子植物病理實(shí)驗(yàn)室進(jìn)行訪問研究。
■ 主要研究領(lǐng)域
鏈格孢屬系統(tǒng)學(xué)：結(jié)合形態(tài)學(xué)和分子系統(tǒng)學(xué)方法研究鏈格孢菌種類多樣性和種間系統(tǒng)發(fā)育關(guān)系。此外，還利用分子生物學(xué)方法研究鏈格孢菌的致病機(jī)制。
植物病原真菌學(xué)：利用形態(tài)學(xué)、多基因位點(diǎn)序列分析和致病性檢測(cè)，對(duì)植物病害病原進(jìn)行鑒定（如：湖北秭歸臍橙、興山核桃和武穴佛手山藥等真菌病原的系統(tǒng)研究）。
生物多樣性：從事外來入侵物種調(diào)查；從事大型真菌資源調(diào)查，挖掘有益的側(cè)耳真菌內(nèi)生細(xì)菌資源；從事植物內(nèi)生真菌和細(xì)菌多樣性研究，篩選生防菌株。
